Sydney Helicopters was founded in 1985 making it the longest running commercial helicopter operator in Sydney. We own our entire fleet of aircraft totalling 14, we do not operate privately owned third party aircraft. In addition we have our own dedicated helicopter maintenance facility with licensed helicopter engineers on staff.
Our new premises Nepean Aerospace Park, offers a range of premium amenities, including the recently opened restaurant Long’s House, located right on site. Additionally, we’ve introduced a brand-new, fully refurbished function center for hire, The Lobby, which includes a versatile boardroom/training room. With a capacity for over 100 people, it’s perfect for corporate events, special occasions, training sessions and more.

Our facilities are state of the art and environmentally conscious with our heliports both in Jindabyne and Sydney fully self-sufficient. There are solar panels powering the building and rain tanks that supply water for the business needs. The Snowy’s Heliport is completely off-grid and our Castlereagh Heliport is semi off-grid.
